§ 12-31. Shooting to occur in daylight hours.

No shooting will be allowed except in daylight hours so that the parish seismic agent may observe the results of each shot, except that on written request stating the reasons therefor, special night shooting permission may be granted by the parish permit department, with approval of the commissioner of safety and permits.
