§ 12-35. Power to grant exemptions.

No parish seismic agent shall have the right to release any operator from the obligations imposed by this article. Exceptions may be granted by the parish permit department, with approval of the council president, after written application setting forth reasons for exception. The release will designate the particular area affected and the procedure to be followed in lieu of the established rule.
