§ 12-38. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or requirements of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or be imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both, at the discretion of the court. Each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense.
