§ 12-41. Required.

Latest version.

A permit from the council bearing the signature of its commissioner of safety and permits or its authorized agent is required for all seismic exploration work on any lands owned by the parish or by any political subdivision or district in the parish of which the council is the governing body, or upon parish lateral roads and streets, and upon all other lands and water bottoms other than state-owned lands and property.
