§ 12-45. Revocation.

Violation of any of the provisions of this article for the regulations of seismic operations, or the refusal of any operator or its employees to comply fully therewith at the time the exploration is conducted, or any attempt to unduly influence any parish seismic agent from abstaining from the enforcement of these regulations shall constitute preemptory cause for the revocation of any permit which may theretofore have been issued and may mean the barring of the party chief involved from future operation within the parish.
