§ 13-22. Definitions.

Whenever in the Sanitary Code, State of Louisiana the term "Louisiana State Board of Health" is referred to said term shall mean Plaquemines Parish Advisory Board of Health and wherever the term "State Health Officer" is used therein it shall mean Plaquemines Parish Health Department Administrator or his duly authorized agent or representative, and wherever in said code other state officers or agents or employees of said Louisiana State Board of Health are referred to, the term or terms shall mean the respective officers, agents or employees of the Plaquemines Parish Advisory Board or Plaquemines Parish Health Department Administrator.
