§ 13-88. Penalty for violations.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article or of any order of suspension or closing of such plant or factory shall be considered guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or serve fifteen (15) days in the parish jail; and every violation thereof on separate days shall constitute separate offenses subject to said penalties.
