§ 13-101. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned for thirty (30) days in the parish jail upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction.
