§ 13-115. Violation a bar to future operations.

Violation of any of the provisions of this article or the refusal of any person, firm or corporation to comply fully herewith shall constitute peremptory cause for the revocation of any permit which may have been issued to such person, firm or corporation for the application of approved pesticides, insecticides or fertilizers and also may be sufficient grounds to bar such person, firm or corporation from future operations within the parish.
