Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the requirements
of this article or any of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant hereto shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction,
shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for the first offense
and not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for the second offense or be imprisoned
not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court. Each instance
of application of any of the published substances listed in section 13-113 hereinabove or violations of the conditions listed in section 13-118 shall be considered a separate offense.
