Unless otherwise provided herein, any person, association of persons or members of
a firm or corporation violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined
five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for thirty (30) days in the parish jail
or both, for each day's violation.
