§ 14-205. Issue of licenses.

If satisfied from this investigation that the applicant for a license under this article is qualified to conduct charitable game or games, raffle or raffles, bingo, keno or slide, the council shall issue a license for the conduct of said activities on a regular periodic basis such as but not exclusively weekly, monthly or quarterly upon payment of a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). If said activities are not to be conducted on regular periodic basis but only as a single event, a license shall be issued upon payment of a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
