§ 14-220. Progressive bingo.

(a)

Any licensed charitable organization or organizations playing at the same location may deposit a predetermined amount of money before each licensed call bingo session into a special account in order to offer a jackpot prize.

(b)

Participating organizations may conduct a progressive blackout bingo game which shall be conducted in conjunction with the organizations' regular blackout bingo games.

(c)

A progressive bingo jackpot consists of all contributions made by participating organizations excluding the two hundred dollar ($200.00) startup fee during the series of progressive bingo jackpot games.

(d)

Any and all other provisions enacted by the State of Louisiana, Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Office of State Police (more particularly LR [R.S.] 20:1789) concerning progressive bingo shall be made part hereof by reference and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. Any provisions herein inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of state law on gaming or gaming devices shall be null and void.
