The proceeds of the tax, as hereafter collected, shall be used for the purposes set
forth in the proposition approved by the voters in the special election held in the
Parish on November 14, 2009, authorizing the tax, which proposition is set forth in
the preamble hereto [Ord. No. 09-290] (said tax being heretofore authorized to be
levied pursuant to an election held on November 14, 2009).
