Any person or entity wishing to film or motion picture in Plaquemines Parish must
inform neighboring property owners of the times, places, and duration of filming,
including the details of mobilization and demobilization of filming crews at least
one (1) week before filming activities commence. This notice must be in writing. Whenever
pyrotechnics, shooting, combat, dangerous stunts, demolition, or road closures are
anticipated the permit applicant must notify the neighbors no less than two (2) weeks
in advance.
