§ 15-8. Control and direction of ferry traffic.

(a)

Ferry department personnel shall be in charge of and responsible for controlling and directing the traffic in the ferry lines during ferry operation and further that said personnel shall have full authority to direct a motorist cutting in the line to go to the back of the line and wait for the next ferry.

(b)

Any individual who refuses to comply with the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense at the discretion of the courts.
