§ 17-17. State law adopted.

Latest version.

The provisions of Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, Part VII-A, Fireworks, sections 650 through and including section 660, as amended, are now adopted in their entirety and shall govern the issuance of permits for the sale of fireworks in the parish. Provided, no permit shall be issued unless the applicant shall have resided for at least one (1) year in the parish before making application.
