Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity, or its representative
or employee, who violates, neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this
article shall be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or
imprisoned for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days. Each day such violation is
committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be
punishable as such hereunder.
