Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this article
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00)
nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and imprisoned for
not less than thirty (30) days or more than ninety (90) days, or both fined and imprisoned
at the discretion of the court, and if such person, firm or corporation is the holder
of a license of any class provided for in this article, said license shall be revoked.
