§ 19-45. Permit or council approval required.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to remove, curb, or install a driveway abutting his property in the parish without first having obtained a permit from the parish permit department. Applications for such permits shall be made on printed forms furnished by the permit department, which forms shall provide for the description of the property involved, a description of the proposed driveway, and such other information as the permit department may require. Such forms shall also show the name and address of the applicant for the permit and the dimensions and location of the driveway.
