§ 19-68. Penalty.

  • Any person who shall be found by a court of competent jurisdiction to have violated any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or shall be imprisoned in the parish jail for a term of not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or both, such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
