§ 19-80. Object and scope.

The object and scope of this article is to provide standards for the construction, maintenance, installation, alteration or removal of pipelines and ramps across drainage canals and levees owned, operated or maintained by the parish and the council. The requirements set forth herein are intended to provide minimum standards for such structures on, over and across such drainage canals and levees.
