§ 19-87. Private nature of pipeline and ramp.

Any pipeline and ramp constructed, maintained, installed or altered pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be and remain the private property of the permittee. The parish and the council shall not accept any dedication of any pipeline and ramp to public use unless and until such structure conforms to all applicable local, state and federal laws then in effect governing such structures.
