§ 22-3. Waterworks districts.

(1)

The parish water department shall be divided into five (5) waterworks districts to be known as:

(a)

The Belle Chasse Waterworks District,

(b)

The Port Sulphur Waterworks District,

(c)

The Buras Waterworks District,

(d)

The Dalcour Waterworks District,

(e)

The Pointe a la Hache Waterworks District.

(2)

The boundaries of each of the aforementioned water works districts have been established previously by and can be found in council resolutions dated April 10, 1956.
