§ 22-34. Specific times for the placement and retrieval of garbage cans in Districts 2, 3, 4 and 5.

(a)

Garbage cans are to be placed and retrieved for garbage service in Districts 2, 3, 4 and 5 as follows:

(1)

Garbage cans are not to be placed for pickup before 3:00 p.m., the day before their scheduled garbage pickup date.

(2)

Garbage cans are to be retrieved no later than twenty-four (24) hours after garbage has been picked-up.

(b)

Any person found violating the provisions of this section shall be given a warning for their first offense and thereafter any person found violating the provisions of this section by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00) for a second offense and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for a third offense.
