If the parish council determines that an appointed member of a parish commission,
committee or board no longer meets the qualifications and requirements of the appointive
office, has forfeited the office, or that the appointed member can no longer serve
due to death, disability or resignation, the parish council shall recall the appointment,
declare the office vacant, and fill the position with a person who meets the requirements
of the office.
