§ 2-2. Drinking, eating, smoking in council chambers restricted.

The parish government hereby prohibits any smoking in the council chambers by any and all individuals during meetings held in said chambers and prohibits any drinking or eating, with the exception of council members and the parish president, in the council chambers during meetings held in said chambers.
