§ 2-19. Two-thirds vote required to remove money from bond indebetedness fund.

The Plaquemines Parish Council hereby establishes the policy that a two-thirds ( 2/3 ) vote of the parish council (with at least six (6) members voting affirmatively) shall be required in order to remove money from the bond indebtedness fund.
