§ 2-71. Policy for soliciting proposals, quotes or bids; use of parish vendors.

When soliciting proposals, quotes or prices for projects, repairs or equipment for the parish government, it shall be mandatory that the administration first contact local vendors and businesses in the parish when seeking proposals, quotes or bids from businesses or vendors prior to going outside of the parish.
