§ 2-91. Capital improvement budget—Responsibility of commissioner of finance.

The commissioner of finance shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of an annual capital improvement budget. Adoption of a comprehensive budget prior to the commencement of each fiscal year is required by state law. Preparation and submission of the capital improvement budget shall be in the manner set forth in section 2-92.
