§ 3-22. Regulations.

The authority is authorized to adopt, amend, and repeal such reasonable resolutions, rules, regulations, and orders as it shall deem necessary for the management, government, and use of any airport or air navigation facility owned by it or under its control. No rule, regulation, order, or standard prescribed by the authority shall be inconsistent with, or contrary to, any act of the Congress of the United States or the council or any regulation promulgated or standard established pursuant thereto. The authority shall keep on file at its principal office, a copy of all of its rules and regulations for a public inspection.
