§ 3-36. When agent is absent or requires relief.

The aerial applicator is required to notify the secretary of the council immediately when the parish agent is not on the work site. Should it become necessary to relieve an agent at any time, the parish shall arrange for the relief of the agent. No aerial application shall be made in the absence of a parish agent, except as otherwise provided in this article.
