§ 3-44. Release from article.

No parish agent shall have the authority to release any aerial applicator from any of the obligations imposed by this article or the rules and regulations made pursuant hereto. Exceptions may be granted by the council president only after written application stating the reasons for the exception. The release shall designate the particular area affected and the procedure to be followed in lieu of the established rules.
