§ 5-69. Injury to property.

It is unlawful for any person owning or having the control of any dog or cat to permit the same to trespass and/or cause damages to any private or public property or anything of value, and any such dog or cat is declared to be a nuisance and may be seized and impounded as provided in this chapter.
