§ 5-88. Violations.

Latest version.

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this article by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned in the parish prison for not more than sixty (60) days, or both fined and imprisoned at the discretion of the court.
