§ 6-38. Berths not to be rented to those who have failed to pay previous rental charges.

No spaces shall be rented to any person who has failed to pay to the Plaquemines Parish government all rental charges for harbor space or other harbor services furnished by the Plaquemines Parish Government for any watercraft theretofore berthed in the Parish Boat Harbors for which such person is or was liable until such past-due rent or charge by whatsoever name it was incurred is paid in full.
