§ 6-46. Operation of more than one boat from same harbor space.

No owner, master or other person shall operate more than one (1) boat from a single assigned harbor space, except one (1) row-boat, unless so provided by the rental contract. The term "row-boat" refers to and includes only a surface vessel which is propelled solely by oars or paddles.
