§ 6-48. Docks adjacent to berths to be kept clean; throwing fish, refuse, etc., overboard prohibited.

All wharves, docks, bulkheads, green space, piers or other parish boat harbors property adjacent to or part of the harbor space occupied by an watercraft shall be kept clean by the owner, lessee or operator thereof; and no garbage or trash of any kind shall be thrown overboard into the parish boat harbors by any person.
