§ 6-53. Unsightly craft prohibited; nuisance declared.

No watercraft shall be rented harbor space or be permitted to be moored or tied up at any place within the parish boat harbors which is of an unsightly appearance or in a badly deteriorated condition, or which is likely to damage any part of the parish boat harbors and/or which is or might become a menace to navigation. Watercraft in such condition are hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
