§ 6-68. Mooring and docking tackle, gear and labor; taxes.

At its own cost and expense, the lessee shall provide all tackle, gear and labor for the docking and mooring of the lessee's vessel at the leased premises; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall prevent the lessee from using such appliances as may be installed by the Plaquemines Parish Government at the leased premises upon the payment to the parish government of the regular charges, if any, fixed therefor. The lessee shall pay all taxes on all property, or interests therein, of the lessee on the leased premises.
