§ 6-70. Lease termination by lessee.

A lessee must terminate or cancel his/her boat slip lease agreement with written notice which notice shall be provided to the Plaquemines Parish Boat Harbor Office located at 7163 Highway 39, Suite 100-B, Braithwaite, Louisiana 70040. The lease shall remain in full force and effect until receipt of written notice by the boat harbor office and removal of said vessel and confirmation thereof by the boat harbor master. Under no circumstances may be harbor master accept notice of termination of the lease by the slip lessee.
