§ 6-169. Inspections.

Any person owning, or operating a marine vessel in the parish shall so advise the parish port authority. The inspector of marine vessels and terminals shall then make necessary inspections regarding structures, watercraft and movables, so as to enforce all laws and provisions of this division and to enforce any other fire and safety ordinances of the parish.
