§ 6-183. Application, interpretation, and amendments.

(a)

The rates, rules and regulations contained in this division shall apply equally to all users of the waterways and facilities and shall apply to all traffic on the waterways and facilities on the effective dates shown herein or any amendments thereto.

(b)

Amendments shall be issued to cover changes in this division, but this division is subject to change without notice.
