§ 6-199. Fire apparatus.

No person shall obstruct or interfere with the free and easy access to, and except in case of fire shall any person remove or in any manner disturb any fire extinguisher, fire hose, fire hydrant, or any other fire fighting appliance installed in or upon the district's property.
