§ 6-271. Assignment of rental contract; subletting prohibited.

The rental contract as provided for herein shall not be assignable and the property hereby rented for the operation of a seafood wholesale and/or retail business shall not be sublet or used by anyone other than described in such contract while owned by the person or legal entity shown in such contract to be the owner.
