§ 6-272. Property not to be rented to those who have failed to pay previous rental charges.

No property shall be rented for the operation of a seafood wholesale and/or retail business to any person or legal entity who has failed to pay to the council all rental charges for the use of property within the parish boat harbors/marina for which such person or legal entity is or was liable until such past-due rent or charge by whatsoever name it was incurred is paid in full to the council.
