§ 6-275. Contract execution.

All other future rental or use agreements or contracts for use of occupancy of any parish-owned property in the parish various boat harbors and marinas pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be negotiated by the parish president and shall be presented to the council for approval or disapproval in the form of an ordinance at a regularly scheduled meeting of the council.
