§ 6-276. Public liability insurance.

The lessee shall procure and shall maintain at all times during the life of this agreement public liability insurance and property damage insurance in amounts as set by the council by resolution from time to time as deemed necessary, all approved as to form and coverage by the council's legal counsel, naming the council and its council members, individually and collectively, as named insureds. The lessee shall provide copies of such policies to the council and the lessee shall provide the council with updated certificates and/or policies as received.
