§ 6-280. Cancellation of rental contract for violations.

For violation of any provision of this article, the council may cancel the rental contract of any lessee of property within the parish boat harbors/marina utilized for the operation of a seafood wholesale and/or retail business upon ten (10) days' notice in writing addressed to the lessee.
