§ 7-82. Certificates of inspection.

The electrical inspector shall issue a certificate of inspections if the electrical wiring installations and equipment inspected meet the requirements of this article.

If the electrical inspector refuses to issue an approval certificate of inspection, the licensed party adversely affected may appeal for redress to the commissioner of public safety. If such party is dissatisfied with such decision, he may appeal to the council.
